Case Study: AGC Education Foundation

In 2005, the AGC Education Foundation (AGCEF) hired Fundraising Partners Northwest (FPN) to help with three components of their fundraising program – an endowment campaign, 25th anniversary celebration event and annual fund.  These strategic initiatives are critical to the success of the AGC Education Foundation. 

FPN developed a comprehensive fundraising plan for the AGCEF endowment campaign that included a campaign budget, gift chart, timeline, strategy, tactics and campaign work plan.  In addition to the campaign plan and with input from the AGCEF, FPN wrote a case for support, helped identify campaign leaders and initiated the board campaign.

To mark the 25th anniversary of the AGCEF and kickoff the endowment campaign, FPN designed and executed a comprehensive event plan.  FPN’s efficient on-site team organized and managed the event, delivering results that exceeded AGCEF’s expectations. 

Finally, FPN reviewed and provided counsel on AGCEF’s current annual fund.  Recommendations were made for future improvements.

FPN provided the successful strategy, direction, plan and goal review to execute these three critical components of fundraising for AGCEF.
