Case Study: Fischer Properties
Every two years, FPN principal Val Motley, plans and facilitates a retreat for Fischer Properties. Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Fischer Properties provides large-scale capital projects on long-term leases to all levels of government and private institutions.
With operations in Alaska, California, Florida, Oregon and Washington, Fischer Properties uses its senior management retreat as an opportunity to bring staff together for essential team building and information sharing. The structured meetings are combined with fun activities in locations as diverse as the Napa Valley, CA; Glacier Bay National Park, AK; Destin, FL and Sun Valley, ID to create an effective and enjoyable event for all who attend.
The retreat also includes site visits to Fischer properties. Time is spent at each site learning about challenges and opportunities. These visits often take place in one to two days seeing sites from Florida to Alaska. Fundraising Partners Northwest handles all aspects of the retreat and site visits, including site selection, transportation and travel coordination, venue negotiations and management, agenda development, meeting facilitation and participant coordination.
